All of our Christmas decorations are in storage in Florida. We never thought we would need them in the summertime. Never thought about July 25th being Christmas in July. We did change our outside lights to green and turned on our awning lights. Not contest-worthy but it does look nice.

The campground was holding a site decoration contest and many sites were decorated. Most of them with Inflatable outdoor decorations. Even if we had our decorations, they would not be enough for us to win a contest. All we have are some twinkle lights and candycanes.

The office was decorated as well.

The campground was packed this weekend. There were many activities for the Christmas in July event. It was too hot so we didn’t attend any of the activities. They were all outdoors and primarily for children.

Hubby did accompany me on a walk through the campground which ended up at the office/camp store. It was nice and cool inside. Hubby and I looked at all of the merchandise in the store and decided we didn’t need anything.

We’ve been here for seven days already. Time is going by quickly. Too quickly for my liking.
