No More Santa Claus at Wekiva!

Hubby’s white bushy beard was getting pretty long. Hubby was sitting on the deck when a passerby man was walking by with his kids and he said: “Look, there is Santa Claus”. It was time. We got out the clippers and as a combined effort, we trimmed Hubby’s beard. We are learning during this pandemic that we have to do what we have to do. I’m pleased with the trim job we did. No more Santa Claus at Wekiva.

Everytime we pass a certain campsite we see a very funny sign. Hubby laughs at a sign and points it out to me. Hubby said he thought the man’s wife put out the sign. I said “nope”. This man knows his worth. I asked Hubby if he wanted the same sign. Hubby and I laughed out loud.

It takes a special kind of relationship for a husband and wife to live together day after day in a 400 square foot house on wheels. We tease each other, we laugh at each other and we take care of each other.

God Bless, Stay Safe, Be Kind to Every Kind, Trust in God and never take your spouse for granted.

  1. Great post! A sense of humor is wonderful thing to have – especially when living in 400 square feet! I especially like the sentiment to never take your spouse for granted. Nice job on the beard! Enjoy your day!
