Quick Update:
Our 5th Wheel Toy Hauler is due to roll off the assembly line on September 30. I’m told by my sales rep it will take 3 or 4 days for it to be shipped to the dealer’s location in N Canton. Another day for the dealer to install the Stackable Washer and Dryer with vent. We ordered the 2020 GMC 3500, Dually Diesel Truck on July 26th and that dealer said he estimates 2 months. It’s been 6 weeks. We have not heard anything more about the truck. If by chance the truck is not ready before we need to pick up the 5th Wheel, General RV Center (our RV dealer) can transport the 5th wheel to our home for $200. That is such a reasonable price, we might have them do it anyway.
Cooking, Cleaning, Norwex, and Young Living!
As I mentioned in a previous post, Hubby and I have our “jobs”. He will handle all cleaning and maintenance on the outside of both the Big RV and the Big TRUCK. The insides are mine.
So, let me tell you a little about Cooking and Cleaning. Because I hate food smells in the place I live, I plan on cooking outside. Isn’t cooking outside a camping thing anyway? There might be a time or two or three, four, five, when I have to cook inside. There could be a severe thunderstorm in the area. Or there could be a dust storm if we are out west.
When I am cooking outside, I will be using induction burners or my Blackstone grill, or my instant pot or crockpot.
For cleaning, when you have three little ones like I do, I use all-natural products. Either my Young Living products or Norwex. I just ordered additional Norwex products. Norwex makes cleaning and personal care so easy I feel like I am cheating.
I am a distributor for YoungLiving and can offer you Essential Oils and CBD Products. I constantly have people ask me if it is safe to burn candles inside their RVs. I personally would not. Why not buy a really nice diffuser and Essential Oils. The oils are scented and the aroma is not overpowering but can make your RV smell very pleasant. One of my favorite scents is Eucalyptus . I also like Thieves.
Today, I am using an Essential Oil used for calming. (Peace & Calming® 5-ml). I am using it in my Dewdrop™ Diffuser.
