Here is what is happening and what has to happen:

WHAT IS HAPPENING!

House is listed today at Howard Hanna.  There is a sign on our road now.  There is also a sign at the end of our road on Route 19.

Today, tomorrow and Saturday, I’m going to do some extra cleaning inside the house because there will be an open house on Sunday.  Hubby and I need to do some major garage work in the garage arranging the vehicles and cleaning the workbenches.  The garage is completely finished on the inside and insulated and HUGE.  But lately, it has been the dumping area where we put everything.

WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN!

Concerning the property my sister and I own in Hermitage PA!

Our renters were supposed to vacate our property on Friday.  The rental they were moving into fell through so they notified us yesterday and asked if they can stay in our rental for another month. Slightly disappointed because we were excited to get in our property and start to fix it up.  When our home/property sells here in Volant, hubby, pups and I will move into the property in Hermitage and live there until we start to travel.  It will be our home address because we will probably travel 10 months a year.  The “only” positive is we will get another month’s rent.

We have upgrades for the future of the trailer.  A new color for the outside.  This will happen this month if the weather cooperates.  We are going with a charcoal color on the outside with cream color trim.  The decks will be painted a dark brown.  The carpet will be removed on the inside and replaced with Luxury Vinyl flooring.  There is a wall inside of the trailer my sister absolutely hates.  It screams “trailer” and we will replace that wall.  We will paint every wall that has paneling a light beige.  The paint is leftover from painting at my home so we won’t have to buy paint.  We will have a paint party and everyone is invited.

The pictures below are from Zillow.com.  There have been many additions to the trailer.  It now has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen nook, a screened in sunroom, a garage and more.  When my home in Volant sells, I will hire a moving company and we will bring all of my furniture to the Trailer.
