Pack for rain, rain, rain.

My two nieces Lindz and Chel are flying to Virginia today while my sister, Gerri, and niece Molly are heading to Virginia by car.  All five of us will come home in the car so our suitcases need to fit in the car so it’s soft squishy luggage for sure.

Loren is graduating and we are attending.  The funny thing about the weather for this graduation is we also attended Loren’s High School graduation and it rained for that graduation.  When I say rain, it was not a light sprinkle.  It was a torrential downpour with puddles the size of lakes.  We were drenched, our feet were soaked.   Saturday does show PM rain so let’s hope we can get through the day without getting soaked.  We will pack the umbrellas.

All Packed

 Arrived in Virginia, Hampton Inn at 11:30 pm.

While waiting for Lindsay and Molly to get ready, Gerri, Chelsea and I waited in the lobby. A few morning pictures. Then off to Breakfast.

 

Breakfast started at the 821 Breakfast Cafe and was delicious. I had Vegan Chai FrenchToast and it was delicious. Accompanied by a mimosas, it was the perfect way to start the day.

Then it was off to watch Loren graduate. After graduation, we attended a fun filled afternoon graduation party at Loren and Phil’s house.
