Did I ever think I would be spending the first weeks of my retirement doing yard work, inside the house work and pool work?   A big thanks to my sister and her husband for lending a helping hand.

How would I have time to work my day job if I didn’t retire?  I always hear people say they don’t know how they had time to work an 8-hour job after they retire.  I like the work I am doing around the house.  I get up when I want and I work when I want.  I still get up at around 6:30 am every day because I want to get the most out of every day.
