You may ask why this number is important.  I (Linda Rae) will retire in 170 days.  That is the real first step in living my dream.

My goal is to start the process to sell the house/property.  I want to try to sell it without a realtor at first.  So many people say they are interested, but when the time comes we will find out how interested they really are.  I don’t want to waste too much time if we cannot sell it without a realtor.

If we need a realtor, three friends are realtors.  Do I put their names in a hat and pick a name.
